TMS-2000 performs "what if" analysis on unmanaged purchase orders. New income generating opportunities are identified and grouped to show where efforts can be applied to increase backhaul/CPU income. Integrated mapping utility plots vendor pickup sites to show relationship between managed and unmanaged shipments. Access to the TMS-2000 SQL data base is provide through an extensive report library, customizable queries directly against the data base and through the use of external report writing programs. Queries may be saved and results are easy exported in .CSV and .XML format for transfer to Excel, Access or other data base products.

Super Vendor load pre-nominations are supported if offered by your purchasing system. TMS-2000 supports LTL vendor templates for standard routing and easy LTL load planning. Load building is a simple drag & drop process and complete visibility to vendor allowances and carrier rates for each planned load provides instant load profitability determinations to be made. Carrier load tendering is supported via fax, e-mail, and BGI Web Services. AutoRouting allows predefined loads to be tendered automatically upon import.

Integrated fleet costing provides backhaul profitability analysis and benchmarking. BGI partners with UPS Logistics for fleet load optimization and GeoCom for 3rd party load routing. Interfaces to TMS-2000 provide optimized load plans to be easy identified and tendered to carriers.

Workflow assignments within TMS-2000 provide for the easy distribution of load management throughout the transportation team. Individual traffic personnel at single or multiple site operations can quickly identify their managed loads and plan their work accordingly.
