With BGI's exclusive Web Services Module, load assignments created in TMS-2000 can be tendered to carriers electronically via the web. Your carriers are notified via email of available loads and are provided with a link that gives them access to the Web Services site. Carriers can then review their loads, accept or decline them and provide valuable feedback to TMS-2000 such as pick-up confirmations and shipment status updates.

Open or Closed Network

In BGI's Web Services Exchange carriers are able to make their trucks available for reload to specify their preferred destination upon accept of your load tender. As a member of the open network exchange you are also able to view trucks from all BGI clients that are available for reload and query them by destination. In the closed network environment no one else can see your truck destinations and reload preferences.
